Can I see chandeliers and premium lights before buying?
You can view the fittings currently on display in our Camberley showroom and compare their scale, finish and light. Display ranges change, so call 01276 24941 before travelling to see a particular chandelier, pendant or lamp. Products in the separate Illuminations Direct online range are not on display.

Will my lights flicker with my existing dimmer switch?
LED flicker with dimmers is very common. Most older dimmer switches were designed for incandescent bulbs and are incompatible with many LEDs. The fix is either an LED-compatible dimmer or choosing a bulb specifically rated for your dimmer type. Bring the make and model of your dimmer to the showroom and the team can recommend a compatible solution.
What IP rating do I need for a bathroom or outdoor fitting?
The right fitting depends on its exact position and exposure to water. Ask your qualified electrician to confirm the required IP rating and suitability for the installation before ordering. Bring those requirements to our team and we can help you compare suitable bathroom or outdoor lights.
How high should a dining room chandelier hang above the table?
As a starting point, allow around 75–90cm between the bottom of the chandelier and the table, then consider ceiling height, sightlines and the fitting’s instructions.
